SYSTEM OPTIONS
This panel includes the essential information that WatchThem needs,including the logs filename, location, max size, and delete options. This information should be entered before activating the parental control spy software. You may also change your administrator password and turn recording on or off from here.

LOG VIEWER
This panel loads log files for viewing. There are four buttons at the top of this screen. The OPEN button opens the log file. The EMAIL button sends a copy to the address specified. The COPY button copies the contents of the log file to the system clipboard. And the PRINT button will send the log file contents to your printer.

EMAIL CONFIGURATION
The WatchThen parental control spy software can also email log files. To do this, check the "Log With Email" box. The SMTP server box information is required for successful email transmission. If you are unsure of your mail server information, first enter the To: address, then click "Find Mail Servers". It's a good idea to test-email a couple log files before activating WatchThem. If you are having trouble sending email, try switching the 'From' address to be the same as or different from the 'To' address. If you still don't receive email, check with your ISP or email provider for SMTP server settings.

Another option on this panel instructs WT on what to do if you are not connected to the Internet during email send. The "Wait For Connect" option will wait until the Internet connection is restored. "Shut Down Email Send" will stop all future emails from this system. You would have to stop and restart WT (main panel) to begin the emailing again.

The time interval between email should be AT LEAST one minute apart. If a computer has is used heavily, then you should email often enough to ensure that the maximum log size (if set) isn't acheived before email send.

WATCHTHEM PLUS
If you are using WatchThem+, there are also options for monitoring visited websites and AOL Instant Messenger chats. This provides for a more complete parental control spy software. Check the box "Monitor AIM" to have WatchThem log all both sides of AOL instant messages.
