SYSTEM OPTIONS
These controls include the essential information that the WatchThem keylogger needs,including the logs filename, location, maximum size (if any), and delete options. You may also change your administrator password and turn recordingon/off from here.

KEYSTROKE VIEWER
This is where you load log files for viewing keystrokes recorded by WatchThem. There are four buttons at the top of this screen: Open, Email, Copy, and Print. OPEN will open the log file in the text area. EMAIL will send a copy of the log file to the address specified under Email Options. COPY will copy the contents of the log file to the system clipboard (you can then paste it in MS Word, etc). PRINT will send the log file contents to your printer.

EMAIL OPTIONS
In order to email the keylogger log file, make sure that the "Log With Email" box is checked. The SMTP server box information is required for successful email transmission. This must be an SMTP compliant mail server (not pop). If you are unsure of your mail server information, first enter your "To:" email address, and then click on "Find Mail Servers on the right side of the screen. Double click to select a mail server. We suggest test-emailing a couple log files from the Keystrokes screen before unleashing WatchThem. If you are having trouble sending email, try switching the 'From' address to be the same as or different from the 'To' address. If you still don't receive email, check with your ISP (internet service provider), network administrator, or email provider to get a recommendation for an smtp server.

The second option on this panel tells WatchThem what to do if the computer is not connected to the Internet at the time of email transmission. "Wait For Connect" will wait until the Internet connection is restored but the application will continue to respect the log file size. "Shut Down Email Send" will stop all future emails from this computer. You must stop WatchThem from the main screen and restart it to begin the email transmissions again.

Hours and minutes are displayed for you to set the interval between keylogger emails. You should set this to be AT LEAST one minute apart. Also consider the usage of the computer when selecting a time. If a computer has a lot of activity, then you should email often enough to ensure that the maximum log file size (if set) isn't reached before the email is sent.
