Ping Monitor Pro is a network monitoring and server monitoring software, designed to help
administrators monitor network connections. This includes just about any TCP/IP device,
such as computers, printers, and network components. Detection of network connectivity
is determined by periodic pings. RTT delay (Round Trip Time) is displayed in milliseconds.
If the server monitor detects a failed ping request, different alarm and alert messages
can be sent. For example, it can run a third party software or execute another
file, play a
WAV sound file, or send an alphanumeric message to a pager or mobile phone. Ping Monitor
Pro has a built-in web server, which allows the user to view Ping Monitor results from
anywhere with an Internet connection and a web browser. The status, list of failures,
ping statistics, and real-time bandwidth graphs are displayed.
